The girls have been "jamming" for some time now. It all started as a part-time travel team, the Elk Grove Fire when many of the girls were just 9 years old. Some of them caught the Fastpitch "bug" and tried out and made the Heat the following season. We've been together for a long time now, some freinds have gone and there's been new friends to make. We play the same way we always have, we play to win, we play to have fun, we play TOGETHER and we have the HEARTS of CHAMPIONS
